As follow-up to our previous post, US EPA has announced the date and location of its three public hearings on its proposed rule to revise the NAAQS for ground-level ozone, issued on November 25, 2014. The hearings are scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on January 29, 2015 in Arlington, Texas and Washington, D.C., as well as on February 2, 2015 in Sacramento, California.
